1. Provide funding for projects on 3:1 matching basis;
2. Cumulative funding ceiling per enterprise: HK$600,000;
3. Up to 6 projects per enterprise

1. Registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance; or
2. Incorporated and registered in Hong Kong under the Company Ordinance; or
3. Established in Hong Kong by relevant ordinance as statutory bodies
